- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Divide the batter into two equal parts.
- Add 20 g of bitter cocoa in the bowl.
- Mix gently until well combined.

- Alternate spoonfuls of plain batter and chocolate batter into the cake tin to create a marbled effect.
- Add 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Place the vapor kit.
- Place the cake tin in the Varoma.
- Mix manual: 50:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check if the cake is cooked by inserting a skewer into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready. If not, cook for another 10 minutes.
