  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  7. Gently pat the dough into a round about 2.5 cm thick.

Shaping and Baking

  1. Use a round cutter (about 6-7 cm in diameter) to cut out scones.
  2. Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
  3. Place the scones onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  4. Add 1 egg in a bowl.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of milk in the bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 1.
  7. Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon(s) of milk on the bowl.
  8. Whisk the egg with a tablespoon of milk to create an egg wash.
  9. Brush the tops of the scones with the egg wash.
