- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
- Gently pat the dough into a round about 2.5 cm thick.
Shaping and Baking
- Use a round cutter (about 6-7 cm in diameter) to cut out scones.
- Transfer the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
- Place the scones onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Add 1 egg in a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of milk in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon(s) of milk on the bowl.
- Whisk the egg with a tablespoon of milk to create an egg wash.
- Brush the tops of the scones with the egg wash.
