Apple Filling and Assembly

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Roll out the Shortcrust Pastry on a lightly floured surface to fit a tart pan.
  3. Place the pastry in the tart pan and trim the edges.
  4. Prick the base with a fork.
  5. Place the slicing kit.
  6. Peel, and add 2 g of granny smith apple in a plate.
  7. Mix manual: 0sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Transfer the content of the plate in a bowl.
  9. Transfer the content of the bowl over a pastry frame.
  10. Sprinkle 1 lemon zest over a preparation content.
