- 400 g White cabbage
- 100 g Surimi stick
- 50 g Apple
- 30 g Raisin
- 30 g Nut
- 50 g Mayonnaise
- 10 g Lemon juice
- 5 g Mustard
- 2 g Salt
- 1 g Pepper
Steps
Cabbage and Surimi
- Cut in four, and add 400 g of white cabbage in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a salad bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of surimi stick in the salad bowl.
Apples, Raisins and Nuts
- Cut into dices, and add 50 g of apple in the salad bowl.
- Add 30 g of raisin, 30 g of nut in the salad bowl.
Dressing and Final Assembly
- Add 50 g of mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Add 10 g of lemon juice, 5 g of mustard, 2 g of salt, 1 g of pepper in the bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the bowl on the salad bowl.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve Cold or store in the refrigerator maximum 0 .
