- Add 2 lime zest in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Cut in pieces, and add 6 strand(s) of fresh coriander in the food processor bowl.
- Deseed, cut in two, and add 1 red pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 7. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Add 60 g of butter, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt, ½ teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside.
- Add 4 canned corn in a workplan.
- Remove the husks from the corn cobs while keeping them attached at the base, then take out and discard the silky fibers.
