- Peel, cut in pieces, hollow out, and add 2 apples in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 220 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- The water must be boiling.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 1 in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a bowl.
- Place the whisk.
- Add 125 g of butter, 125 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:30min / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Remove the whisk.
- Add 250 g of flour, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 50 g of nut in the food processor bowl.
- Add the reserved mixture of apples and dates.
