  • 30 g Almond
  • 50 g Nut
  • 100 g Dried apricot
  • 40 g Raisin
  • 30 g Coconut oil
  • 80 g Liquid honey
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract

Steps

  1. Add 280 g of oatmeal flake, 80 g of linseed, 30 g of almond, 50 g of nut, 100 g of dried apricot, 40 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 2sec / 0°C / Speed 12. turbo
  3. Add 30 g of coconut oil, 80 g of liquid honey in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2 in inverse.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 30sec / 50°C / Speed 3 in inverse. Filler cap open
  7. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a baking tray to be covered in baking paper before.
  8. Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 150°C during 25min.
  9. At half-cooking, stir the muesli with a spoon and let it cook until it is golden brown. If it is still soft, that's normal; it will become crunchy afterward ;)
  10. Transfer the content of the baking tray in an airtight jar.
