  • 65 g Grape seed oil
  • 90 g Whole milk

  2. Add 50 g of granulated sugar in the mixing bowl.
  3. Setaside the preparation content.
  4. Preheat the oven at 220°C.
  5. Thoroughly spray a 12-cavity donut pan with oil and set it aside.
  6. Add 160 g of buckwheat flour, 60 g of cassonade brown sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.

  14. Let them cool in the tray for 5 minutes. While they are still warm, place the donuts in a bowl with the reserved cinnamon sugar and mix to coat them well.
