- 2 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 50 g Granulated sugar
- 160 g Buckwheat flour
- 60 g Cassonade brown sugar
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 65 g Grape seed oil
- 90 g Whole milk
Steps
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add 50 g of granulated sugar in the mixing bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
- Preheat the oven at 220°C.
- Thoroughly spray a 12-cavity donut pan with oil and set it aside.
- Add 160 g of buckwheat flour, 60 g of cassonade brown sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract, 65 g of grape seed oil, 90 g of whole milk in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Setaside the preparation content in the food processor bowl cover with towel during 10min.
- Fill the prepared mold halfway with the mixture.
- Cook in the oven at 220°C during 11min.
- Let them cool in the tray for 5 minutes. While they are still warm, place the donuts in a bowl with the reserved cinnamon sugar and mix to coat them well.
- Serve hot
