- 200 g Ground beef
- 200 g Rice vermicelli
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Ground cumin
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Egg
- 10 Brick sheets
Steps
- Add 1 onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 200 g of ground beef, 200 g of rice vermicelli, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed .
- Add 1 egg in a bowl.
- Add 10 brick sheets on a workplan.
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Take a sheet of brick pastry, cut it in half, and brush it with the beaten egg.
- Place a tablespoon of filling at one end of the brick pastry, fold it into a triangle, then fold it again to form a triangle. Continue this process until you reach the end of the brick pastry.
- Brush each brioua with beaten egg and fry them in hot oil until they are golden and crispy.
