  3. Add 200 g of ground beef, 200 g of rice vermicelli, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of paprika, 1 pinch(es) of pepper, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10:00min / 100°C / Speed .
  5. Add 1 egg in a bowl.
  6. Add 10 brick sheets on a workplan.
  7. Beat the egg in a bowl. Take a sheet of brick pastry, cut it in half, and brush it with the beaten egg.
  8. Place a tablespoon of filling at one end of the brick pastry, fold it into a triangle, then fold it again to form a triangle. Continue this process until you reach the end of the brick pastry.
