- 10 g Fresh baker's yeast
- 250 g Flour t55
- 20 g Olive oil
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 10 g Fresh basil
Steps
Dough
- Add 150 g of water, 10 g of fresh baker's yeast in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 37°C / Speed 2.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 20 g of olive oil, 50 g of parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix knead: 3:00min / 0°C / Speed 1.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the dough on a workplan cover with towel during 1h .
Shaping & Flavoring
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- Chop, and add 10 g of fresh basil on a cutting board.
- Setaside the preparation content on the workplan.
- Divide the dough into small portions.
- Roll each portion into a thin cylinder, about 1 cm in diameter and 10-12 cm long.
- Sprinkle the chopped Fresh Basil evenly over the breadsticks.
Cooking
- Place the breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Serve Warm.
