- Add 3 lemon juice in the food processor bowl.

- Filter the content of the food processor bowl through a strainer.
Freezing and Churning
- Transfer the content of the strainer in a freezer.
- Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 4h .
- Transfer the content of the freezer in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
