  • 500 g Water
  • 3 Lemon juice

  3. Add 150 g of granulated sugar, 500 g of water in the food processor bowl.

  6. Setaside the preparation content let cool.

Lemon Sorbet Base

  1. Juice the lemons previously zested
  2. Add 3 lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Filter the content of the food processor bowl through a strainer.

Freezing and Churning

  1. Transfer the content of the strainer in a freezer.
  2. Setaside the preparation content in the freezer during 4h .
  3. Transfer the content of the freezer in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 6. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  5. Serve Immediately or store in the freezer maximum 0 minutes.
