- 800 g Apricot
- 800 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice
Steps
Apricot Prep
- Wash, cut in two, pit, and add 800 g of apricot in a bowl.
- Weigh the halved Apricots.
Cooking
- Add 800 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 120°C / Speed 1. Filler cap open
Finishing
- Test the jam consistency by placing a small spoonful on a cold plate and refrigerating briefly to see if it sets. If not, cook for a further 5 minutes at Varoma temperature.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an airtight jar.
- Seal the jars immediately.
- Serve Immediately.
