- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 30 g Lemon juice

Melon Preparation
- Remove the seeds.
- Cut the melon into chunks.
- Add 1000 g of melon jam, 500 g of granulated sugar, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
Cooking
- Mix manual: 30:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Check the consistency. If needed, cook for another 5-10 minutes at Varoma temperature, speed 1.
