  • 100 g Orange blossom water
  • 250 g Flour
  • 100 g Semolina
  • 1 g Saffron
  • 1 g Baking powder
  • 1000 g Sunflower oil

Steps

Syrup

  1. Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 250 g of water, 30 g of lemon juice, 1 cinnamon stick in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.

Zlabia Dough
