Ingredients
- 500 g Granulated sugar
- 550 g Water
- 30 g Lemon juice
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 100 g Orange blossom water
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Semolina
- 1 g Saffron
- 1 g Baking powder
- 1000 g Sunflower oil
Steps
Syrup
- Add 500 g of granulated sugar, 250 g of water, 30 g of lemon juice, 1 cinnamon stick in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Add 100 g of orange blossom water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 2.
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in the bowl let cool.
Zlabia Dough
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 250 g of flour, 100 g of semolina, 1 g of saffron, 1 g of baking powder, 300 g of water in the food processor bowl.
