- 1 Salt
- 200 g Water
- 150 g Milk
- 70 g Butter
- 1 Pepper
- 100 g Onion
- 20 g Flour
- 300 g Beef broth
- 2 Teaspoon(s) Mustard
- 50 g Frozen green pea
Steps
Mashed Potatoes
- Peel, and add 1000 g of potato in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 salt, 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Drain the potatoes using a strainer.
- Put back the potatoes into the Thermomix bowl.
- Add 150 g of milk, 50 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Move the mashed potatoes to a serving bowl and set aside.
Onion Gravy
- Rinse the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of onion in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 20 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 120°C / Speed 1.
- Add 20 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 1:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Add 300 g of beef broth gradually, 2 teaspoon(s) of mustard in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10:00min / 90°C / Speed 3.
- Add 1 salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Move the onion gravy to a bowl and set aside.
Sausages and Peas
- Pan fry the fry pan with an oil base.
- Boil the saucepan filled with water at 100°C.
- Add 50 g of frozen green pea in a saucepan.
- Drain the green peas using a strainer and set aside.
Serving
- Spoon mashed potatoes onto plates.
- Top with sausages and pour over onion gravy.
- Serve with green peas on the side.
