Golden Doughnuts using a Thermomix

Ah, fritters! The delightful golden puffs of joy that have been making mouths water since the dawn of time (or at least since the dawn of breakfast). Originating from various cultures, these fluffy treats can be sweet or savory, but we'll focus on the sweet side today, where the enticing aroma of vanilla sugar dances through the air. Legend has it that fritters were once a way to use up leftover batter, so you could say they are the culinary equivalent of 'waste not, want not'. With a crispy exterior that gives way to a soft, buttery center, each bite feels like a warm hug from Grandma. Perfect for breakfast, dessert, or a sneaky snack, these little wonders will surely bring a smile to your face and a sprinkle of sugar to your day!
