Ingredients
- 300 g Apple
- 30 g Butter
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder
- 250 g Puff pastry
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
- 5 g Icing sugar
Steps
Apple Preparation
- Cut in two, hollow out, sliced, and add 300 g of apple in a bowl.
- Add 30 g of butter, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder in the bowl.
Puff Pastry and Roses Formation
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 250 g of puff pastry on a workplan.
- Cut the puff pastry into long strips, about 5 cm wide.
- Arrange the apple slices along the length of each strip, overlapping each slice slightly.
- Fold the bottom half of the pastry strip over the apple slices.
- Starting at one end, roll up the pastry strip to form a rose shape.
- Place the content of the workplan.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 20min.
Vanilla Cream
- Add 200 g of whipping cream, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 2:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
Final Touches
- Remove the content of the oven on the workplan let cool.
- Sprinkle 5 g of icing sugar on a result.
- Serve Warm.
