Namoura using a Küken

Namoura, a delightful Middle Eastern dessert, is the perfect marriage of sweet and floral flavors, crafted from semolina and soaked in a fragrant syrup. This cake, with its origins tracing back to the Levant, is often referred to as 'basbousa' in some regions, but don't let the name fool you; each version has its own unique twist.
