  4. Place the vapor kit.
  5. Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  6. Remove the vapor kit.
  7. Transfer the content of the vapor basket in a container let cool.
  8. Empty the content of the food processor bowl in the container.
  9. Wash the food processor bowl.

Roquefort Sauce

  1. Add 200 g of roquefort, 200 g of whipping cream, 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 5:00min / 80°C / Speed 3.
  3. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in the container.

Final Preparation

  1. Place the cooked Broccoli in a serving dish.
  2. Pour the Roquefort Sauce over the Broccoli.
  3. Sprinkle 1 pinch(es) of herb of provence on a result.
