Chocolate Cake

  2. Add 200 g of egg, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 6:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  6. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  7. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  8. Check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
  9. Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool.

Chocolate Ganache

  1. Add 200 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix chop: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
  3. Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  5. Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Setaside the preparation content on a container let cool.

Assembly

  1. Spread the content of the preparation content.
  2. Place 200 g of kit kat around the preparation content.
  3. Place 200 g of strawberry on the preparation content.
  4. Add 100 g of m&m's around the plate.
  5. Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
  6. Serve Cold.
