- 200 g Milk chocolate
- 200 g Whipping cream
- 200 g Kit kat
- 200 g Strawberry
- 100 g M&m's
Steps
Chocolate Cake
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 200 g of egg, 200 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 6:00min / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 150 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- Check if the cake is cooked by inserting a toothpick into the center. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
- Setaside the preparation content on a plate let cool.
Chocolate Ganache
- Add 200 g of milk chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix chop: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
- Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
- Mix manual: 15sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Setaside the preparation content on a container let cool.
Assembly
- Spread the content of the preparation content.
- Place 200 g of kit kat around the preparation content.
- Place 200 g of strawberry on the preparation content.
- Add 100 g of m&m's around the plate.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge during 30min.
- Serve Cold.
