  • 50 g Water
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 120 g Whipping cream
  • 50 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon powder

Shortcrust Pastry

  1. Add 250 g of flour t55, 125 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 50 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  6. Wrap it in cling film.
  7. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 30min.

Apple Topping

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Thinly slice Apples (3-5 mm thick).
  3. Add 2 eggs in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add 120 g of whipping cream, 50 g of granulated sugar in the mixing bowl.
  5. Whisk together.

Baking

  1. Place it into a tart pan.
  2. Transfer the content of the mixing bowl over the dough.
  3. Arrange Apple slices in a circular, overlapping pattern on top of the cream mixture.
  4. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder over a plate.
  5. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the Apples are tender.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
  8. Serve Warm.
