- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs

- 100 g Brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoon(s) Cornflour (maïzena)
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
- 1 Bag(s) Vanilla sugar
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 300 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 150 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 2 eggs only the yellow, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 2 tablespoon(s) of water in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Shape the dough into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Setaside in a fridge during 30min.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Wash, cut in two, pit, and add 500 g of apricot in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon(s) of cornflour (maïzena), 1 tablespoon(s) of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and place it in a previously buttered tart pan.
- Pour the apricot mixture over the dough.
- Wash, cut in two, pit, and distribute 300 g of apricot on a Preparation name.
- Sprinkle 1 bag(s) of vanilla sugar the Preparation name.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 40min.
- Let the pie cool before serving it.
