Ingredients
- 200 g Banana
- 360 g Kiwi
- 20 g Lemon juice
- 20 g Water
- 20 g Agave syrup

Fruit Prep
- Add 200 g of banana, 240 g of kiwi in the food processor bowl.
Blend Fruit Base
- Add 20 g of lemon juice, 20 g of water, 20 g of agave syrup in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 8.
Add Kiwi Pieces
- Cut into dices, and add 120 g of kiwi in the food processor bowl.
- Gently fold the diced Kiwi into the blended mixture with a spatula.
Freeze
- Pour the content of the food processor bowl in an ice tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
