- 200 g Icing sugar
- 10 g Lemon juice
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 200 g of flour, 1 bag(s) of baking powder, 125 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of milk, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Add 150 g of blueberry, 1 tablespoon(s) of lemon zest in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3 in inverse.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a cake mold.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 30min.
- In the meantime, prepare the icing.
- Add 200 g of icing sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add 10 g of lemon juice in the mixing bowl.
- Mix the powdered sugar with the juice of a lemon until you achieve a smooth consistency.
