  2. Grease and flour a cake pan.
  3. Add 50 g of almond in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix chop: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
  6. Wash the food processor bowl.
  7. Add 100 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 3:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
  9. Add 200 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs in the food processor bowl.
  10. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  11. Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 tablespoon(s) of baking powder, 1 teaspoon(s) of cinnamon powder, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  13. Add 100 g of milk, 50 g of almond, 50 g of raisin in the food processor bowl.
  14. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.

Baking

  1. Pour the content of the food processor bowl in a cake mold.
  2. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 40min.
  3. Check if it's ready by inserting a toothpick into the center comes out clean. If not cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
