  • 1 Egg
  • 300 g Flour t55
  • 5 g Baking powder

Steps

Dough Preparation

  1. Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
  2. Add 80 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
  5. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  6. Add 300 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
  7. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  8. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
  9. Form a ball.
  10. Wrap it in cling film.
  11. Setaside the dough in a fridge during 1h .

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm.
  3. Cut out rectangular shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
  4. Place the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
  5. Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
  6. Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
  8. Let the shortbreads cool on a wire rack before serving.
  9. Serve Cold.
