- 1 Egg
- 300 g Flour t55
- 5 g Baking powder

Dough Preparation
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of salted butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 80 g of icing sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 300 g of flour t55, 5 g of baking powder in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a workplan.
- Form a ball.
- Wrap it in cling film.
- Setaside the dough in a fridge during 1h .
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 cm.
- Cut out rectangular shapes using a cookie cutter or a knife.
- Place the content of the workplan on a baking tray.
- Line the baking sheet with baking paper.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 12min.
- Bake until golden brown.
- Let the shortbreads cool on a wire rack before serving.
- Serve Cold.
