- 100 g Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 80 g Grated emmental
- 1 Pinch(es) Ground nutmeg
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
- 0.5 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt

- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 1000 g of water in the food processor bowl.

- Add the cooled cabbages and gently mix.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in the ramekin.
- Cook in the oven with rotating heat at 180°C during 27min.
