- 20 g Fresh parsley
- 20 g Fresh chive
- 200 g Butter
- 5 g Clove of garlic

Flavored Butter
- Add 20 g of fresh parsley, 20 g of fresh chive in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 3sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Add 200 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Mince, and add 5 g of clove of garlic in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl on a baking paper.
- Roll into a cylindrical shape.
- Setaside the preparation content in a fridge.
Meat
- Cook in the oven without added oil.
- Cook the Flank Steak in a pan until medium rare, ensuring a uniform grilled surface.
- Slice the flavored butter into round pieces.
- Place the flavored butter on top of the Flank Steak.
- Serve Immediately.
