- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Water
- 30 g Lemon juice

Cherry Base
- Wash, pit, cut the tail, and add 400 g of cherry in the food processor bowl.
- Add 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Add 100 g of water, 30 g of lemon juice in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 15:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
- Setaside the preparation content let cool.
Freezing
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a freezer bag.
- Setaside the preparation content in a freezer during 4h .
Sorbet
- Break the frozen cherry mixture into smaller pieces.
- Transfer the content of the freezer bag in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- If needed, gradually increase to Speed 8 until smooth.
- If the mixture is too hard, add a little Water and blend again.
- Serve Immediately.
- Garnish with extra Cherries.
