- 500 g Cherry tomato
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 60 g Olive oil
- 2 Pinch(es) Salt
- 2 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 1000 g Penne
- 120 g Ricotta
- 50 g Water
- 125 g Ball of mozarella
- 15 g Fresh basil
Steps
Tomato Coulis
- Preheat the oven at 200°C.
- Add 500 g of cherry tomato in a baking dish.
- Add 2 cloves of garlic in the baking dish.
- Add 60 g of olive oil, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper with the baking dish.
- Cook in the oven at 200°C.
- Transfer the content of the baking dish in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 5.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
Pasta Cooking
- Cook in the oven.
- Add 500 g of penne in a cooking pot.
- Drain the content of the cooking pot in a strainer.
- Transfer the content of the strainer in a cup.
Final Assembly
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Transfer the content of the bowl in the food processor bowl.
- Add 120 g of ricotta, 50 g of water, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 500 g of penne in the food processor bowl.
- Cut into small pieces, and add 125 g of ball of mozarella in the food processor bowl.
