  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 g Cristal sugar
  • 35 g Flour
  • 50 g Chocolate chip

  7. Place the whisk.
  8. Add 4 eggs, 150 g of cristal sugar in the food processor bowl.
  9. Mix manual: 5:10min / 0°C / Speed 3. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  10. Remove the whisk.
  11. Add 35 g of flour in the food processor bowl.
  12. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  13. Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4. Scrape the sides of the bowl with the spatula
  14. Transfer the content of the preparation content in a standard mold to be buttered before.
  15. Add 50 g of chocolate chip on a preparation content.
  16. Cook in the oven at 170°C during 30min.
