- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 100 g Flour t55

Baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Grease and flour a round baking pan
Melting Chocolate
- Cut into cubes, and add 200 g of butter in the food processor bowl.
- Cut in pieces, and add 200 g of dark chocolate in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5:00min / 50°C / Speed 2.
Mixing Ingredients
- Add 100 g of granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 100 g of flour t55 in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
Baking
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
- Check doneness with a toothpick
- Setaside the dough in the baking tray let cool during 10min.
- Invert the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely
Slicing
- Slice with a sharp knife to achieve clean edges
- Serve Cold.
