  • 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 150 g Pink praline
  • 100 g Dark chocolate chip

Steps

Cookie Dough

  1. Add 120 g of butter, 100 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
  2. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  3. Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
  6. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  7. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
  8. Add 150 g of pink praline, 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the mixing bowl.
  9. Gently fold in the crushed Pink Pralines and Dark Chocolate Chips by hand.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven at 175°C.
  2. Line baking sheets with baking paper.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
  4. Cook in the oven at 175°C during 10min.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
  6. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.
