- 100 g Granulated sugar
- 100 g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla extract
- 250 g Flour t55
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
- 150 g Pink praline
- 100 g Dark chocolate chip
Steps
Cookie Dough
- Add 120 g of butter, 100 g of granulated sugar, 100 g of brown sugar in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla extract in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 3.
- Add 250 g of flour t55, 1 teaspoon(s) of baking soda, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a mixing bowl.
- Add 150 g of pink praline, 100 g of dark chocolate chip in the mixing bowl.
- Gently fold in the crushed Pink Pralines and Dark Chocolate Chips by hand.
Baking
- Preheat the oven at 175°C.
- Line baking sheets with baking paper.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
- Cook in the oven at 175°C during 10min.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Transfer the content of the baking tray on a strainer let cool.
