  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 4 Slice(s) Ham slice
  • 4 Slice(s) Slice of emmental
  • 1 Pinch(es) Salt
  • 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
  • 50 g Flour t55
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Breadcrumb
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

Steps

Preparation

  1. Add 4 chicken breasts in a preparation content.
  2. Add 4 slice(s) of ham slice, 4 slice(s) of slice of emmental, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the preparation content.
  3. Open them like a book.
  4. Place 1 Ham Slice and 1 Sliced Emmental on one half of each Chicken Breast.
  5. Fold the other half of the Chicken Breast over the Ham and Emmental.
  6. Season the Chicken Breasts with Salt and Pepper.

Breading

  1. Add 50 g of flour t55 in a bowl.
  2. Add 2 eggs in the bowl.
  3. Beat the Eggs with a fork in the bowl.
  4. Add 100 g of breadcrumb in the bowl.
  5. Dredge each Chicken Breast in Flour T55, then dip in the beaten Eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with Breadcrumbs.

Cooking

  1. Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in a frypan.
  2. Pan fry in the oven with an oil base during 5min.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate let cool.
  5. Serve Hot.
