- 4 Chicken breasts
- 4 Slice(s) Ham slice
- 4 Slice(s) Slice of emmental
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 50 g Flour t55
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Breadcrumb
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil

Preparation
- Add 4 chicken breasts in a preparation content.
- Add 4 slice(s) of ham slice, 4 slice(s) of slice of emmental, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the preparation content.
- Open them like a book.
- Place 1 Ham Slice and 1 Sliced Emmental on one half of each Chicken Breast.
- Fold the other half of the Chicken Breast over the Ham and Emmental.
- Season the Chicken Breasts with Salt and Pepper.
Breading
- Add 50 g of flour t55 in a bowl.
- Add 2 eggs in the bowl.
- Beat the Eggs with a fork in the bowl.
- Add 100 g of breadcrumb in the bowl.
- Dredge each Chicken Breast in Flour T55, then dip in the beaten Eggs, and finally coat thoroughly with Breadcrumbs.
Cooking
- Add 1 tablespoon(s) of olive oil in a frypan.
- Pan fry in the oven with an oil base during 5min.
- Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Transfer the content of the frypan on a plate let cool.
- Serve Hot.
