Muffin Batter
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 150 g of comté in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 7.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content at the bowl.
- Wash the food processor bowl.
- Add 250 g of flour, 2 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 2 pinch(es) of salt, 2 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 5sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Add 100 g of egg, 120 g of milk, 40 g of olive oil in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl over the preparation content.
- Cut into dices, and add 100 g of chorizo, 50 g of red pepper, 80 g of zucchini in the bowl.
- Mix the content of the preparation content in the bowl.
Baking
- Grease a muffin tin.
- Fill each muffin cup with the mixture.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C.
- Check the muffins after 20 minutes of baking with a toothpick, if it comes out clean they are ready
- Let cool in the muffin tin for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
