- 800 g Water
- 200 g Vegetable broth
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
- 100 g Crouton
- 20 g Fresh chive

- Add 800 g of water, 200 g of vegetable broth in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 10.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt adjust according to the tastes, 1 pinch(es) of pepper adjust according to the tastes in the food processor bowl.
Garnish
- Put the oven.
- Add 50 g of crouton in a pan.
- Warm up the oven.
- Chop the fresh chives.
- Add 10 g of fresh chive on a cutting board.
- Setaside the plate in the pan.
- Serve Hot.
