Dhal
- Add 250 g of red lentil, 300 g of fresh spinach, 700 g of water, 1 teaspoon(s) of turmeric, 1 teaspoon(s) of ground cumin, 1 teaspoon(s) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20:00min / 100°C / Speed 2.
Finalize
- Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 8. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
