  2. Add 200 g of water in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 25:00min / 100°C / Speed 1.
  4. Drain the content of the food processor bowl with a strainer.

  7. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.

Duchess Potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.
  2. Setaside the preparation content let cool during 5min.
  3. Add 2 eggs in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  5. Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a piping bag.
  6. Fit the piping bag with a star nozzle.
  7. Pipe small rosettes onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking

  1. Cook in the oven at 200°C during 15min.
  2. Check if they are golden brown, otherwise leave them for another 5 minutes.
