Ingredients
- 100 g Half-salt butter
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Baking powder
- 200 g Granulated sugar
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 4 Eggs
- 80 g Semi-whole wheat flour
- 50 g Powdered almond
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, then set aside.
- Cut in pieces, and add 100 g of half-salt butter in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 teaspoon(s) of baking powder, 200 g of granulated sugar, 1 pinch(es) of salt, 4 eggs, 80 g of semi-whole wheat flour, 50 g of powdered almond in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 45sec / 0°C / Speed 6.
- Transfer the content of the preparation content in a cake mold to be buttered before.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Let it cool slightly before removing from the mold. Serve warm or cold.
