Strawberry Preparation

  2. Add 100 g of granulated sugar in the food processor bowl.

  9. Break the cooled meringues into smaller pieces.

Whipped Cream Preparation

  1. Wash the food processor bowl.
  2. Place the whisk.
  3. Add 200 g of whipping cream in the food processor bowl.
  4. Mix manual: 2:30min / 0°C / Speed 3.
  5. Remove the whisk.

Assembly

  1. Gently fold the strawberry mixture, meringue pieces, and whipped cream together in a bowl.
  2. Cut into dices, and add 100 g of strawberry in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the Eton Mess into glasses or bowls.
  4. Garnish with Fresh Mint leaves.
  5. Serve Immediately.
