- 800 g Apricot
- 3 Eggs
- 80 g Flour t55
- 80 g Granulated sugar
- 250 g Milk
- 40 g Butter
- 1 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla flavor
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt

Apricot mixture
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Cut in four, pit, and add 500 g of apricot in a bowl.
- Setaside the preparation content.
Batter
- Add 3 eggs, 80 g of flour t55, 80 g of granulated sugar, 250 g of milk, 40 g of butter, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 20sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a baking dish.
- Distribute 300 g of apricot on the preparation content.
Baking
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 35min.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
