  • 200 g Water
  • 100 g Granulated sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Lemon juice
  • 200 g Olive oil

Steps

Filling

  1. Add 200 g of ricotta in the food processor bowl.
  2. Cut into small pieces, and add 150 g of fig in the food processor bowl.
  3. Add 2 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.

Syrup

Assembly
