  • 7 Figs
  • 100 g Powdered almond
  • 100 g Fresh liquid cream
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Orange blossom water
  • 1 Tablespoon(s) Honey

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  2. Add 250 g of flour, 120 g of butter, 60 g of granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1 pinch(es) of salt in the food processor bowl.
  3. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  4. Mix knead: 1:00min / 0°C / Speed 2.
  5. Spread the dough in a buttered and floured loaf pan. Poke the bottom with a fork.
  6. Cut in four, and dispose 7 figs on some dough.
  7. Add 100 g of powdered almond, 100 g of fresh liquid cream, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon(s) of orange blossom water, 1 tablespoon(s) of honey in the food processor bowl.
  8. Mix manual: 30sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
  9. Pour the preparation over the figs.
  10. Cook in the oven during 40min.
  11. Let it cool before serving.
