Ingredients
- 250 g Filo dough sheet
- 50 g Butter
- 100 g Grated emmental
- 60 g Grated mozzarella
- 3 Eggs
- 100 g Fresh liquid cream
- 1 Tablespoon(s) Fresh parsley
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 1 Pinch(es) Pepper
Steps
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- Add 250 g of filo dough sheet in a workplan.
- Add 50 g of butter in the workplan.
- Grease a tart pan and place a sheet of filo pastry in it, allowing the edges to hang over the sides of the pan.
- Brush the sheet with melted butter.
- Add a second sheet of filo pastry to the mold, crossing it over the first sheet.
- Also brush it with melted butter.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 with the 6 sheets of filo pastry, overlapping them each time, until you achieve a crispy tart crust.
- Add 200 g cottage cheese, 100 g of grated emmental, 60 g of grated mozzarella, 3 eggs, 100 g of fresh liquid cream in the food processor bowl.
- Chop, and add 1 tablespoon(s) of fresh parsley in the food processor bowl.
- Add 1 pinch(es) of salt, 1 pinch(es) of pepper in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4. The mixture should be homogeneous, if it is not the case scrape the edges of the bowl with the spatula and mix again
- Pour the mixture over the filo pastry crust in the tart pan.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C during 25min.
- Until the pie is golden brown.
- Take the pie out of the oven and let it cool before serving it.
