- 15 g Granulated sugar

- 15 g Butter

Egg Mixture
- Add 2 eggs, 120 g of milk, 15 g of granulated sugar, 1 teaspoon(s) of vanilla flavor in the food processor bowl.
- Mix manual: 10sec / 0°C / Speed 4.
Soaking the Bread
- Cut the bread into slices approximately 1 cm thick.
- Transfer the content of the food processor bowl in a bowl.
- Dip each slice of bread into the bowl with the egg mixture.
- Make sure both sides are well soaked.
Cooking
- Add 15 g of butter in a frypan.
- Melt the oven over medium heat.
- Place the soaked bread slices in the frying pan, ensuring not to overcrowd.
- Cook in the oven over medium heat during 2min and each side.
- Cook until golden brown and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
- Serve Hot.
